Circumsicion

After procedure
The procedure is performed using local anesthesia and it will take under an hour to complete. The patient is asked to keep the area dry for 3 -6 days. The sutures will dissolve on their own within about 2 weeks. Most men require off from work for 2-3 days. Sexual activity must be avoided for 3 to 4 weeks afterward, and high-energy sports for 6 weeks.
Penile Girth Enhancement
Fat is harvested from the patient's own body (abdomen, love handles, thigh) and is then processed and purified. This fat graft is injected just beneath the skin of the penis in all its circumference to increase its girth. Penile Girth can be increased by 2-3 cm with this fat grafting technique.
After-surgery care will include the wrapping of the penis with a soft rolled dressing that will serve to keep the fat evenly distributed along the length of the penis. But remember, Penile girth enhancement surgery does not have a fully predictable outcome due to unpredictable absorption of fat.
After procedure
Most men require off from work for a week. Sexual activity must be avoided for 3 to 4 weeks afterward, and high-energy sports for 6 weeks.

Penile Length Enlargement
Half the length of the penis is not visible to the human eye. It is shielded inside the body and is below the surface of the skin. It is integrally attached to the undersurface of pubic bone with the help of the Fundiform Ligament & Suspensory Ligament. These ligaments are released by a surgical procedure called Ligamentolysis to increase the penile length. After the release of these ligaments, the penis is allowed to protrude further more straight and out of the surface of skin. Liposuction of the pubic area above the penis can increase the length if this area is too full and is masking the full length of the penile shaft.
This procedure enlarges the penis by about 2-3 cm.
After procedure
- 1. Postoperatively the penis needs to be kept stretched for a few days so that the suspensory ligaments do not get reattached.
- 2. Most men require 1 week off work, but this varies with the job. Sexual activity must be avoided for 3 to 4 weeks afterward, and high-energy sports for 6 weeks

Inflatable Implants
Inflatable balloons are placed in penis of patients who have a new penis reconstruction as in Female to Male sex Reassignment surgery, after trauma and cancer
Inflatable balloons can be placed in penis of patients who are suffering from impotence.
The two Corpora Cavernosa are replaced by inflatable penile implants. A pump is implanted in the groin or scrotum region which is manipulated by hands to fill these cylinders from an implanted reservoir to achieve erection. Though the replacement cylinders are ofnormal size but they can be larger in size as well.
Erection can be achieved whenever wanted and for as long as required & as firm as required.
Disadvantage - Irreversible.
Penoscrotal Webbing
Penoscrotal webbingis the excessive skin that spans between the under surface of the penis and the scrotum.
Some men find this unsightly and want the web removed. The skin can be so excessive it can interfere with intercourse or even the ability to roll a condom onto the penis.
This webbing can be improved by a surgery that actually lengthens the midline of the web, allowing it to settle back towards the scrotum. In some cases, excess skin will be removed.
This procedure can be performed under local anaesthesia. Double Z-plasty procedure is performedor in larger excess skin, skin is excised also.
After procedure
The area is kept dry for 5 days following surgery and the sutures will dissolve on their own within 3 weeks. Strenuous activity such as sports or vigorous exercise should be avoided for 4 to 6 weeks following surgery.
Testicular Implants
Testicular implants are donefor men who have-
- Undescended Testicles.
- Loss of one or both testes due to trauma, torsion or cancer.
- Underdeveloped or deformed non-functional testes.
It is done for aesthetic reasons. Implants are made of silicone which come in several sizes so they can be matched to the other side. Adolescents are eligible for this surgery once they have reached maturity so that the appropriately sized implant can be chosen to match the other side.
The surgery is performed under general or regional anesthesia. The incision is made at the top of the scrotum just beside the base of the penis or in the midline raphe of the scrotum so that the scar will be very inconspicuous.
After procedure
Strict hygiene has to be maintained and shower will be allowed on the 5th day following surgery. Refrain from any vigorous activities for 2 weeks.
This procedure boosts confidence since its gives good aesthetic appearance.
Disadvantage - Non-functional, can't produce sperms or hormones.
