If you choose to share medical history during a consultation, that information is also recorded — strictly for clinical use.
How we use your information
Your details are used to schedule appointments, confirm follow-ups, share post-operative care instructions and answer any clinical or administrative queries you raise. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information with third parties.
Data security
Lead submissions and medical records are stored on access-controlled systems and on paper inside the clinic. We follow reasonable industry-standard practices to protect against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.
Use of patient images & videos
Before-and-after photographs, surgical videos and recorded video consultations are taken only with your prior written consent and used solely for the purposes you authorise — clinical record, educational reference, peer review or sharing publicly on this website and our verified social-media channels.
You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to care@kayakriti.in; we will stop using newly captured images for any public-facing purpose and will, where reasonably possible, remove already-published material. Identifying features may be cropped, blurred or masked even when consent is on file. We do not share patient images or videos with any third party that is not part of our care team.
Cookies
Our website uses essential cookies for navigation, language preference and form context. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics, if enabled, are aggregated and never tied back to an individual visitor.
Your choices
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it altogether by writing to care@kayakriti.in. Reasonable requests are usually actioned within seven working days.
